Help:

Internet Explorer and Firefox may attempt to play the file within the browser.
To circumvent this do one of the following:
- Disable in browser audio playing
- In Internet Explorer right-click on the link and select 'Save Target as'
- In Firefox right-click the link and select 'Save Link as'
